Meet Joe.

Forty years of asking the question nobody asked.

Joe Tetstone. Independent advisor.

Joe has sat on every side of the table: selling, delivering, running the operation, and living with the decision after everyone else moved on.

That is the whole point of tagging him in.

I’ve spent my career helping leaders see the real problem.

I spent most of my career in financial services, where a single decision touches the customer, the people, the operation, the cost, the technology, the contract, and the risk all at once. You learn quickly that the expensive problems rarely make it onto the agenda.

I’ve been the person selling, the person delivering, the person cleaning it up, and the person explaining what went wrong. I’ve seen the work from every side, and that range is what I bring now.

These days, I work independently, one conversation at a time, with people who want a straight answer from someone with nothing to sell them.

Every side of the same decision.

  • SalesHow the deal actually gets made.
  • Client SuccessWhat happens after the signature.
  • OperationsWhere the work really lands.
  • TechnologyWhat the platform can and cannot carry.
  • Vendor SelectionWhat the contract does not say.
  • LeadershipWho has to live with the decision.

The name came from other people.

For years, when something did not add up, someone in the room would say it: tag Joe. Not because I had the answer, but because I would ask about the part everyone had quietly skipped.

The name stuck. So I kept it.

Something not adding up?

Tell Joe what is in front of you. No brief needed, no pitch, no commitment.
